The B737 Quick Reference Guide for the iPad provides an extensive compilation of over 150 emergency and abnormal flight procedures applicable to the Boeing 737-600, -700, -800, and -900 series. It offers a detailed resource aimed at enhancing understanding of critical responses during atypical flight scenarios.

It is important to note that this product is not intended for professional pilot use. While it serves as a valuable educational tool for aeronautical science students and flight simulation enthusiasts, it is not designed to replace or serve as a reference for current Boeing procedures, which evolve over time. Originating from an academic exercise, the guide simplifies complex procedures to facilitate learning.

The app mirrors the content found in the QRG section of the B737 Cockpit Companion application. It is structured with full indexing and cross-referencing capabilities, including a Memory Actions section, 14 systems-specific areas, and an overall index. When a procedure involves a system alert, the relevant alert information is displayed adjacent to the checklist title for clarity.

Selecting an entry provides a description of the failure scenario alongside detailed checklist procedures. Additionally, the guide offers practical aircraft handling tips aimed at maintaining safety and operational awareness.

Throughout its presentation, emphasis is placed on the principles of "Fly the Airplane" — aviate, navigate, communicate — underscoring fundamental airmanship priorities.

Based on a print publication authored by Bill Bulfer, a retired airline pilot with extensive experience in the B737 series, this digital version is designed for ease of readability and comprehension. It aims to clarify often-complex QRH flow structures and system interactions.
